Weyvo Child Safety Standards

Weyvo is a social outing app for adults only. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAM), grooming, and any sexualization of minors. These standards are published for users, partners, and reviewers.

1. Age restriction

• Weyvo is for users 18 years of age or older.
• Users must confirm they are 18+ and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before using the app.
• The app is not directed to children and is not part of Designed for Families.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

Users must not create, upload, share, request, or solicit any of the following:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving anyone under 18
• Grooming, exploitation, trafficking, or attempts to meet minors for sexual purposes
• Nudity or sexual content involving minors (real or depicted)
• Links or instructions that facilitate CSAE

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, content removal, and referral to authorities where required by law.

3. In-app reporting and blocking

• Users can report other users and related user-generated content in the app.
• Users can block other users to stop further interaction.
• Reports are reviewed by our admin team. We may suspend or ban accounts and related installs for safety or policy reasons.

4. Moderation and enforcement

• We review user reports through our admin tools.
• We may remove content, restrict features, apply temporary bans, or permanently disable accounts and app installs.
• We prioritize child safety reports and escalate severe cases.

5. Cooperation with authorities

Where required by applicable law, we report CSAM and related child safety threats to the appropriate regional or national authorities (for example, law enforcement and recognized CSAM reporting bodies). We preserve relevant records as needed for legal compliance and investigations.
